On June 26, Baojun Automobile, a brand car under SGMW, announced that the 2026 Yunhai EV's new "500KM pure electric travel version" was officially launched, with an official guide price of RMB 155,800. As the top-end model of the annual facelift, the car continues the core advantages of the current model, focusing on the compact pure electric SUV market, and will compete directly with BYD Yuan (ATTO) PLUS, Geely Galaxy E5 and other models.
The new car continues the family design language, with a closed grille on the front face with a conical LED headlight group and a small-sized lower air intake design. The side lines are simple and smooth, with black decorative lines on the D-pillar position and equipped with traditional mechanical door handles. The rear of the car adopts a through-type LED taillight design, and the lower surround is decorated with silver trim. The overall shape takes into account young aesthetics and home needs, reflecting the balance of technology and practicality.
The body size remains the current specification, with a length, width and height of 4541×1880×1608mm and a wheelbase of 2750mm. This data is outstanding among models of the same level, providing ample legroom for rear passengers.
The cockpit adopts a dark and light color scheme, equipped with an 8.8-inch full LCD instrument and a 15.6-inch floating central control screen, equipped with an intelligent car system developed based on the Qualcomm platform, supporting OTA upgrades, voice control, mobile phone APP remote control and other functions. Replace the electronic hand-held gear mechanism, retain the knob-type air conditioning control button in the central control area, and upgrade the intelligent cockpit.
In terms of safety configuration, the main and co-pilot airbags, front side airbags and front and rear head air curtains are standard, equipped with transparent chassis/540-degree panoramic images, reversing radar and other practical functions. It supports DC fast charging, and can complete 30%-80% power replenishment in 0.33 hours, and the slow charging time is about 9 hours.
