We regret to inform our partners and automotive customers that, in response to the "Announcement on Implementing Export License Management for Pure Electric Passenger Vehicles" jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration for Market Regulation of China on September 26, 2025 (effective from January 1, 2026), our company hereby makes the following statement:
Our company has legally obtained the export qualification for pure electric passenger vehicles, strictly complying with the "Notice on Further Regulating the Export Order of Automobile and Motorcycle Products" (Shangchanfa [2012] No. 318) and the 2026 export license application requirements. We have completed all online qualification certification processes and completed enterprise registration and model declaration through the system designated by the Ministry of Commerce (https://ecomp.licence.org.cn), possessing legal export qualifications.
All exported vehicles are electric and hybrid passenger vehicles authorized by brand automobile manufacturers, complying with China's national mandatory product certification (CCC) and target market access standards. Each vehicle is equipped with a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to ensure traceability and compliance.
The export method is limited to wholesale mode, with a minimum export quantity of 10 units per batch. This requirement is an internal compliance management standard based on our company's global logistics coordination, after-sales service network construction, quality control, and brand reputation maintenance. It aims to ensure that overseas customers receive stable and consistent product delivery and technical support. This is not a national mandatory quantity restriction, but it is the only standard for our company's export business.
