On November 11th, SGMW announced the launch of the 2025 Hongguang MINIEV four-door version, the 301km Premium+ model, further enriching the Hongguang MINIEV family lineup. The new car focuses on range upgrades and offers multiple purchase benefits, with a list price of RMB 55,800 and a trade-in subsidy price of RMB 52,800.
The newly launched Hongguang MINIEV four-door version 301km Premium+ model increases the CLTC combined driving range to 301km, a significant leap compared to the previous 205km range version. The increased range makes daily commutes and weekend getaways more convenient, effectively alleviating users' charging anxiety.
The list price for the new car is RMB 55,800. Meanwhile, the official trade-in policy is highly attractive, offering a RMB 3,000 no-threshold trade-in subsidy, bringing the price down to just RMB 52,800. Furthermore, customers can enjoy a "four-fold pampering gift," including a lifetime warranty on the "three-electric system," further reducing purchase and ownership costs.
The new car continues the classic design language of the Hongguang MINIEV family, maintaining dimensions of 3256*1510*1578mm and a wheelbase of 2190mm, retaining its core advantages of being compact, agile, easy to drive and park. The four-door, four-seat design greatly enhances ease of entry and exit, making it more suitable for family use.
Despite its compact size, its space utilization has been optimized. The trunk has a standard capacity of 123L, sufficient for daily shopping needs; when loading larger items, the rear seats can be folded down, providing an expanded space of up to 745L, exceeding the practicality of many competitors.
In terms of configuration, the 301km range version is expected to continue the rich features of the previous high-end version. The vehicle is equipped with an 8-inch floating central control screen with integrated reversing camera functionality, making driving and parking easier. Simultaneously, the new car supports multiple "seamless travel" functions, enabling seamless entry/locking, seamless start, and intelligent power on/off, enhancing the technological feel and convenience of vehicle use.
Safety is always a key focus for users. The vehicle adopts a ring-shaped cage-type body structure, with high-strength steel accounting for up to 67%, providing robust protection for the passenger compartment. Safety features are expected to include dual airbags for the driver and front passenger, and practical functions such as an electronic parking brake and Autohold automatic parking.
In terms of the powertrain, the new car is equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 30kW, achieving a 0-50km/h acceleration time of 4.9 seconds, providing responsive acceleration and overtaking performance in urban areas. Its top speed reaches 100km/h, capable of handling scenarios such as urban expressways.
The charging methods are another major highlight. The new car supports DC fast charging, along with AC slow charging and other charging methods, making energy replenishment more flexible and efficient, adaptable to more diverse usage environments.
As the best-selling single model in the Chinese brand pure electric vehicle market, the Hongguang MINIEV family has achieved cumulative sales exceeding 1.8 million units. The launch of this 301km range model reflects Wuling's deep understanding of user needs, marking a new stage in the practicality and range capabilities of micro-commuter vehicles.
