BYD ESCORT 07 2024 is BYD's mid-sized plug-in hybrid SUV, based on BYD DM-i Super Hybrid technology and equipped with advanced intelligent driver assistance systems as standard, focusing on family comfort and all-round performance.

The 2024 model is available in five configurations, divided into DM-i 2WD and DM-p 4WD versions:

2. Product Highlights

Power and Range

DM-i 2WD version is equipped with 1.5T plug-in hybrid engine + EHS electric hybrid system, with a comprehensive range of more than 1,200km and fuel consumption as low as 5.8L/100km, supporting 100-205km pure electric commuting.

DM-p 4WD version adopts dual-motor 4WD system, with a combined power of 295kW, zero hundred acceleration of 4.7 seconds, and a pure electric range of 175km under WLTC conditions.

Exterior Design

Adopting marine aesthetic design language, the front face is equipped with wave ripple grille + progressive horizontal LED light bands, and the rear penetrating taillights echo the multi-layer dot matrix light source, with body dimensions of 4820×1920×1750mm, and a wheelbase of 2820mm.

Hidden door handles + floating roof design, with 19-inch sports wheels, to strengthen the car's sense of technology and dynamism.

Interior and Intelligent Configurations

Embracing cockpit with new “shell white” color scheme, standard 10.25-inch full LCD instrumentation + 15.6-inch adaptive rotating center control screen, equipped with DiLink 100 intelligent Internet system, supporting 5G network and OTA upgrade. All models are equipped with 50W wireless cell phone charging, 6kW VTOL mobile power station (supporting reverse power supply), panoramic sunroof and front multi-layer soundproof glass.

Safety and Driver Assistance

All models are equipped with 6 airbags, 540-degree panoramic video (including transparent chassis), lane keeping and full-speed adaptive cruise control, and the DM-p version is equipped with rear collision warning and automatic emergency avoidance.

The 4WD flagship model is equipped with DOW door-opening warning, intelligent yielding to large vehicles and AVP valet parking function, and supports highway/city NOA Pilot Assist.

Chassis and Comfort

The whole system is equipped with FSD frequency variable damping damper + rear four-link independent suspension, optimizing shock absorption and handling stability; the 4WD version is equipped with the Cloud Chariot-C intelligent damping control system, supporting soft and hard suspension adjustment.

The rear flat floor + 31 storage spaces, the second row of seats support backrest angle adjustment, and the trunk volume is 502L, meeting the needs of family travel.
