The DongFeng FORTHING Forthcoming PHEV 2025 is a plug-in hybrid mid-size MPV, primarily designed for family travel. The 2025 DongFeng Forthcoming PHEV offers two configurations: Luxury and Premium. The Luxury version comes equipped with basic safety features such as driver and passenger airbags, side airbags, vehicle stability control, and a reversing camera. The Premium version adds intelligent driving assistance functions such as active braking, lane departure warning, and full-speed adaptive cruise control. In terms of comfort, a panoramic sunroof, power tailgate, heated front seats, and four-zone automatic climate control are standard, with some models also offering seat massage function.
This vehicle is equipped with a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system. It is paired with an E-CVT continuously variable transmission, offering a WLTC pure electric range of 92 km, an NEDC pure electric range of 120 km, and a combined range exceeding 1000 km.
The interior features a column shifter, an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster, and a 14.6-inch floating central control screen, replacing the dual-screen layout of the gasoline version. The interior space is flexible, with second-row seats that can slide left and right. The vehicle offers 43 storage spaces throughout, and the trunk capacity can be expanded to 1086 liters.
