The Hongqi HS3 PHEV 2025 is positioned as a "super hybrid smart new generation SUV" and is built on the Honghu hybrid platform. This annual facelift focuses on three major upgrades: design, intelligence and endurance. The entire series only provides a single configuration model of the ‌117km Jinwei PLUS version‌ (Note: some information mentions two models, but authoritative information confirms that there is only one configuration).

Design Renewal‌

Appearance‌: Continuing the family-style high mountain stream straight waterfall grille and split headlight design, adding 20-inch smoked black sports wheels, with optional black floating roof two-color body.

Interior‌: Added pomegranate red/black splicing color, with 12.3-inch full LCD instrument + 12.6-inch vertical central control screen, standard 253-color ambient light and environmentally friendly soft cover.

Intelligent technology upgrade‌

Intelligent driving system‌: Equipped with L2 intelligent driving assistance, covering lane cruise assistance, lane change assistance and transparent chassis panoramic image (new distance/color prompt function).

Convenient configuration: Added automatic folding down of the passenger rearview mirror when reversing, welcome floor lamp, wireless charging of mobile phones in the front row, and the main driver's seat supports 12-way electric adjustment/memory/convenient entry and exit.

Power and endurance breakthrough

Plug-in hybrid system: Adopts a 1.5T engine (model iCA4GB15TDH-33) and a motor combination, the motor power is increased to 168kW, the torque reaches 340N·m, and the zero-to-hundred acceleration is optimized to 7.6 seconds.

Pure electric endurance: 117km (CLTC working conditions), battery capacity is 18.4kWh, and supports 30%-80% fast charging in just 19 minutes.

Comprehensive endurance: 1420km, a new extended-range driving mode, and a standard 3.3kW external discharge function.

Hongqi HS3 PHEV 2025 only launches one configuration version, the 117km Jingwei PLUS version. This version integrates 20 upgrades (such as 20-inch wheels, 6-way electric seats for the front passenger, front parking radar, etc.), and strengthens product competitiveness with the strategy of "increasing configuration without price increase". The body size is 4655×1900×1668mm, the wheelbase is 2770mm, the rear seats support proportional folding, and the trunk volume can be expanded to 1484L. The entire series is equipped with Honghu hybrid technology and LingOS smart ecology as standard, taking into account luxury experience and pragmatism, and is suitable for new energy users who pursue a balance between technology and endurance.
