NIO ES6 is a medium-sized pure electric luxury SUV under NIO Auto. The 2025 model is fully upgraded based on the NT2.5 platform, continuing the brand's dual genes of "design aesthetics" and "smart technology", focusing on the balanced experience of family practicality and sports control. The new car has significant improvements in design, intelligence and endurance, and further strengthens the core advantages of battery replacement and energy replenishment.
Design and Space
The exterior adopts a new starry sky grille design, the front face lines are more sharp, with split-type intelligent multi-beam headlights (supporting ADB adaptive high beam adjustment), the rear upgraded through-type light strips and active guide grooves, and the drag coefficient is optimized to 0.25. The new Moonlight Silver exclusive paint and 21-inch smoked black wheels are added to further enhance the sporty feel.
The body size is 4854×1995×1703mm, the wheelbase is 2915mm, the rear headroom is 1 fist and 2 fingers, the regular trunk volume is 594L, and it supports 4/2/4 ratio folding to expand to 1430L.
Intelligent Technology
Equipped with a self-developed 5nm intelligent driving chip, the computing power is increased to 3 times that of the current model, supporting high-speed NOA pilot assistance, full-domain lane-level navigation and automatic parking functions.
The interior is replaced with a 15.6-inch horizontal central control screen and hand-gear mechanism, equipped with NOMI Mate 3.0 interactive system (supports 340° rotation) and 19.4-inch AR-HUD head-up display, and the interactive experience is more intuitive.
Performance and endurance
The whole series is equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel drive system as standard, with a total power of 360kW, an acceleration of 4.4 seconds per 100 kilometers, and a CDC dynamic suspension damping control system, which optimizes the handling smoothness and shock absorption performance.
Three battery versions are available: 75kWh, 100kWh, and 150kWh. The CLTC range is up to 930km, and it supports battery replacement technology and 3-minute battery quick replacement.
Comfort configuration
Standard Nappa leather seats, integrated heating/ventilation/massage functions in the front row, the backrest angle can be adjusted to 35°, and the headrest area is increased by 67% to improve support.
New "Pearl Shell/Cocoa Brown" two-color interior theme, with soundproof glass and panoramic skylight, NVH performance and lighting effects are optimized simultaneously.
Overview of 2025 model versions
75kWh standard range version : Mainly for urban commuting, CLTC range of 500km, standard intelligent multi-beam headlights and basic intelligent driving functions.
100kWh long range version : The range is increased to 625km, and the rear double-side small table and queen co-pilot zero gravity mode are added, which is suitable for long-distance travel.
150kWh Ultra-Long-Range Edition: Equipped with semi-solid-state battery technology, the range exceeds 930km, supports 800V fast charging, and the charging efficiency is increased by 30%.
The entire NIO ES6 series is equipped with the AQUILA super-sensing system (including 29 sensors such as laser radar and 4D imaging radar) and 23-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system, taking into account both the sense of technology and the luxury experience. As the core model of the NIO battery swap system, the ES6 continues to consolidate its competitiveness in the high-end pure electric market with its flexible energy replenishment solution and continuous OTA upgrade capabilities.
