On May 22, 2025, Xpeng Motors announced today that the MONA M03 Max model, which will be launched on May 28, will be the world's first to be equipped with the "full-blooded" AI Dimensity system 5.7.0. The system adds more than 300 new functions and redefines the 200,000-level smart cockpit experience with a starting price of 155,800 yuan.
Xpeng AI Dimensity system 5.6.0 was first pushed last month, and the upgrade covers models including P7i/X9/G9/G6/P7+/New G6/New G9. Some functions of the Pro model will be covered by subsequent OTA upgrades.
The core upgrade highlights of the Dimensity system for cars are as follows:
New high-quality sound source (all models of AI Dimensity system), Xiao P voice optimization, average response speed of 0.9 seconds in all fields, and semantic understanding accuracy increased by 40%;
Support continuous unlimited rounds of dialogue, more than 200 functions of the whole car can be voice controlled;
Equipped with dual Orin-X chips (computing power 508TOPS), integrated with self-developed XGPT large language model;
New "network-free local execution" smart scene, supporting 400+ atomic function combinations such as lunch break/meditation;
Dynamic balancing of charging pile power (all models of AI Dimensity system);
18-speaker 7.1.4-channel music cockpit, supporting SR music rhythm and microphone-free karaoke;
X-Pedal single pedal brake (25 G6/25 G9/G6/ X9);
Three new matte paints, "Star Dusk Purple/Micro Moon Gray/Star Rain Blue", are added, and the interior is matched with the exclusive Dawn Purple color;
Compared with the standard version, the Max version adds 1 millimeter-wave radar (3 in total) and 4 exterior cameras (12 in total), equipped with 2 NVIDIA Orin auxiliary driving chips, the front face is equipped with a signature small blue light, and supports city/highway NGP and full-scene parking assistance. It is reported that the first batch of vehicles will start delivery this month, and old users can also get some new features through OTA upgrades.
