On June 5, 2025, Chang'an Deepal Automobile officially announced the push of DEEPAL OS 3.0 system update for G318 model, with "smart cockpit visual renewal and interaction optimization" as the core, bringing multiple functional upgrades and experience improvements.
As a model of Chang'an Deepal with both off-road performance and intelligent technology, Deepal G318 Worry-free Crossing Edition is equipped with DEEPAL OS 3.0 system as standard. Its hard-core appearance design (vehicle length 5125mm) and extended range 2.0 technology, dual-motor four-wheel drive and other configurations lay the hardware foundation for intelligent upgrades. This OTA upgrade mainly covers the following aspects:
Visual and interactive optimization
The intelligent UI is fully renewed, the instrument display is simpler, and custom wallpaper replacement is supported.
The layout of the control center is adjusted, emergency mode and sunroof shortcut buttons are added, and the Home button logic and task center entrance are optimized.
Optimize the automatic power-off logic, and the vehicle can continuously power the vehicle in camping/resting mode.
