On July 2, SAIC MAXUS MAXUS announced that the 2025 Dajia 9 Super Hybrid MPV was officially launched. The new car launched two versions of long-range and ultra-long-range with a total of 8 configurations, with an official guide price of RMB 259,900-349,900. As an annual facelift model, its core upgrade is reflected in configuration optimization and power system tuning, and its direct competitors are mainstream plug-in hybrid MPVs such as Buick GL8 PHEV and Denza D9 DM.
The 2025 Dajia 9 Super Hybrid MPV continues the current square and slender body outline (5270×2000×1848mm, wheelbase 3200mm), and the front face adopts a split light group design, and the through-type daytime running lights and trapezoidal air intakes create visual tension. Pearlescent white paint is standard, and five two-tone paint options are available, including Obsidian Black and Dynasty Red. The side retains traditional door handles and comes standard with 18/19-inch wheels. The through-type taillights at the rear of the car have a built-in "Dajia 9 Super Hybrid" logo, which strengthens the new energy attributes and integrates the business atmosphere with new energy elements.
The interior adopts a 12.3-inch triple screen design (instrument panel + central control screen + co-pilot entertainment screen), equipped with Qualcomm 8155 chip and Zebra Intelligent Driving System to build an intelligent experience. Standard configuration for the whole series:
L2 driving assistance (including panoramic image/full-speed adaptive cruise);
6.6kW V2L external discharge function;
Three-zone automatic air conditioning and rear privacy glass High-end models add NAPPA leather seats, JBL 12-speaker audio, second-row folding small table and 64-color ambient lights and other luxury configurations. The seats provide 6/7-seat layout, and the second-row aviation seats support electric adjustment/ventilation/heating/massage functions.
The new car is equipped with a third-generation 1.5T super-hybrid engine (110kW/235N·m) + front motor (176kW/390N·m), matched with a 2-speed DHT gearbox, and the dual-range version meets multiple needs. The battery is available in two specifications:
Long-range version: 24.7kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, CLTC pure electric range of 115km;
Ultra-long-range version: 39.7kWh ternary lithium battery, CLTC pure electric range of 225km Official data shows that the comprehensive range of the ultra-long-range version is 1309km, and the fuel consumption is 6.5L/100km.
As a medium-to-large plug-in hybrid MPV, the 2025 Dajia 9 super hybrid enters the market with a starting price of RMB 259,900. Its 225km pure electric range is significantly better than Buick GL8 PHEV (138km), and its configuration level is close to that of 400,000-level models. As the new energy MPV market continues to heat up (sales volume reaches 245,000 units in 2024), the car is expected to attract the attention of family users and business customers with its practical characteristics of "short-distance electricity and long-distance oil".
