On August 19, 2025, Guangzhou Automobile Group unveiled its "Xingyuan Extended-Range" technology system at its Panyu headquarters. The first HYPTEC HL Extended-Range Vehicle equipped with this technology was also launched. Available in four configurations, five- and six-seater, it has an official suggested retail price of RMB 269,800 to 299,800. The new vehicle inherits the yacht-like design of the all-electric version, boasting a 5126mm long body and 3088mm wheelbase. It comes standard with 21-inch wheels and interactive lighting, featuring a shimmering "Wanqing Wave" effect. The interior features a smart cockpit with a 17.3-inch 3K central display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip. The second row is equipped with NASA-standard zero-gravity seats and 18-point hot stone massage function.
Equipped with a 60kW·h CATL Xiaoyao battery, it boasts a pure electric range of 350km and a combined range of 1,369km, with fuel consumption of just 6.7L/100km when the battery is low. 800V+5C Supercharging technology allows for 210km of range in 10 minutes, achieving an industry-leading fuel-to-electricity conversion efficiency of 3.85kWh/L.
Using a cloud-based AI model to optimize energy distribution in real time, combined with the fourth-generation 46% thermal efficiency engine and dual-motor DHT transmission, this system improves power response by 40% and NVH performance by 30% compared to traditional extended-range vehicles.
