The Hongqi HS6 PHEV is built on the new generation Honghu hybrid platform and is equipped with a 1.5T hybrid-dedicated engine, with a maximum power of 110kW and a peak torque of 225N・m, boasting a thermal efficiency of up to 45.21%. Equipped with a flat-wire motor boasting a maximum speed of 20,000 rpm, the system can intelligently switch between pure electric and hybrid drive modes, enabling direct engine drive at high speeds and parallel dual-power output during acceleration, balancing energy efficiency and power response. According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's (MIIT) application information, the vehicle offers two battery pack options: 23.9 kWh and 39.5 kWh, with a maximum WLTC pure electric range of up to 205 kilometers, meeting the zero-fuel consumption requirements for daily commuting. Notably, its lowest fuel consumption under WLTC conditions is only 5.1 L/100km, and it supports 92-octane gasoline, significantly reducing long-term operating costs.
The new vehicle's dimensions are 4995×1960×1760mm (some application data shows 4925×1970×1740mm), with a wheelbase of 2920mm, positioning it as a "large five-seater flagship SUV." The front fascia features a closed grille combined with vertical chrome elements, paired with split LED headlights, continuing the brand's classic design language while incorporating new energy characteristics.
