All models come standard with the TOD+Mlock intelligent four-wheel drive system, featuring a transfer case that amplifies torque by 2.64 times, coupled with three differential locks to ensure traction in extreme conditions such as cross-axle situations and potholes. Furthermore, the addition of intelligent off-road assistance functions such as crawl mode, Tank turn, transparent chassis, and a 540° panoramic camera significantly reduces the difficulty of driving on complex terrain.
3.1 Intelligent Cockpit Experience
The interior features a 12.3-inch LCD instrument cluster, a 16.2-inch central control screen, and a streaming rearview mirror, creating an immersive digital cockpit. The third-generation Coffee OS infotainment system supports three-finger swipe and voice interaction. The comfort features have been significantly upgraded, including Nappa leather seats, heated and ventilated front seats, a 15.6-inch ceiling-mounted entertainment screen in the rear, a 5.4-liter in-car refrigerator with cooling and heating, and a column-mounted gear shifter, while optimizing the cockpit layout.

The Smart Edition features the Coffee Pilot Ultra driver assistance system, with hardware including one lidar, five millimeter-wave radars, twelve ultrasonic radars, and eleven high-definition cameras. Based on the NVIDIA Orin-X chip, it provides 254 TOPS of computing power, enabling assisted driving in urban and highway conditions.
In terms of appearance, the 2026 Tank 400 retains its highly recognizable mecha-style. The front features a double-horizontal-bar black grille and a cut-out hood, paired with radiating chrome trim and pupil-shaped headlights; the side profile is rugged, featuring riveted wheel arches and electric running boards. A new "Dunhuang Purple" body color has been added to meet users' personalized needs. In terms of dimensions, according to some information, the new model measures approximately 4964/1970/1905 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2850 mm. Regarding practicality, the rear seats fold down to create a completely flat space, expanding the trunk capacity from 566 liters to 1800 liters, catering to both daily use and long-distance travel storage needs.
