The 2024 BMW i5 eDrive is BMW's mid-size sedan for the high-end pure electric market. It continues the classic design language of the 5 Series while incorporating electrified innovative elements, and offers a variety of power versions and individualized configurations to meet the needs of different users.
i5 eDrive35L (Basic Edition)
Power form: rear-mounted single-motor rear drive, maximum power 250kW (340hp), CLTC range up to 567km, supports 30-minute fast charging (10%-80%).
Version options: available in two design styles: Luxury Package and M Sport Package.
i5 eDrive40L (Long Range Edition)
Power form: single-motor rear drive, maximum power increased to 240kW (326hp), CLTC range performance is better than the base version, specific data to be officially updated.
i5 xDrive40L (4WD Edition)
Power form: Dual-motor four-wheel drive system with a combined power of 335kW (449hp), taking into account performance and all-road adaptability.
i5 M60 (High Performance Edition)
Power form: dual-motor four-wheel drive, maximum power of 590 horsepower, 0-100km/h acceleration into the 4-second class, positioning high-performance luxury pure electric sedan.
Appearance design:
The front face adopts the iconic double-kidney closed grille, with built-in LED light bands and “i” logo, paired with sharp matrix headlamps, for a stronger visual impact.
Two styles are available: Luxury Package (silver trim + multi-spoke wheels) and M Sport Package (smoked kit + sport wheels), and the “5” logo on the C-pillar highlights the identity of the car. The “5” logo on the C-pillar emphasizes the identity of the car.
Interior and Space:
The surrounded cabin is equipped with 12.3-inch full LCD instruments + 14.9-inch floating curved screen in the center control panel, equipped with the 8th.5th generation BMW operating system, supporting AR navigation and gesture control.
The rear row can be equipped with an optional 31-inch 8K floating giant screen with BAUER Weikeng 18-speaker audio system to create an immersive audio-visual experience.
With dimensions of 5175×1900×1520mm and a wheelbase of 3105mm, there is ample legroom in the rear row and a maximum expansion volume of 1700L in the rear compartment.
Intelligent driving assistance:
