Specification

Chang'an Ruixing EM80 EV 2025 is a purely electric microfacility model launched by Chang'an Kaicheng, a subsidiary of Chang'an Automobile, targeting urban distribution logistics and multi-purpose travel scenarios, and focusing on high-efficiency transportation and flexible space design. It is equipped with Ningde Times lithium iron phosphate battery pack, with a NEDC range of 300km, a peak motor power of 70kW, a maximum speed of 100km/h, and a 30-minute fast charging (30%-80% charge). It also adopts a lightweight body and high rigidity structure to enhance its load-carrying capacity.

1. Main Vehicle Versions

Cargo version

Core Configuration: 2/5-seat layout, cargo volume of 5.4m³ (EM60) or 6m³ (EM80), wheel package spacing of 1.23 meters, support for standard carpentry panels to be placed on the flat surface; optional open door or back lifting door design to meet the high-frequency transportation needs of express delivery, supermarket delivery and other needs.

Battery technology: equipped with third-generation battery of Ningde Times, with intelligent temperature control system, supporting stable discharge in -20℃ low-temperature environment, and 8 years/400,000km warranty for the battery pack.

Passenger transportation version

Space design: 6-seat (2+2+2 layout) or 7-seat (2+2+3 layout) flexible seating configuration, high roof design to enhance headroom; side sliding doors to optimize the convenience of boarding and alighting in narrow areas, suitable for corporate commuting, airport feeder and other scenarios.

Safety features: 3H high rigidity frame and cage body structure, 65% of high strength steel, 1500MPa hot-forming steel in key areas; ABS+EBD is standard on all vehicles, and reversing camera is added to the high end version.

Appearance Design: Closed front face with smoked black grille, square shape maximizes space utilization rate; hugging cockpit with knob gearshift, main and passenger visors and 12 storage spaces to enhance practicality.

Driving Performance: Rear-mounted rear-drive layout with front MacPherson + rear 5-piece steel plate spring suspension takes into account the climbing ability and driving stability; 3-step energy recovery system (ERG1-3) optimizes the range performance.

With its modular design, the Chang'an Ruixing EM80 EV model covers logistics and transportation, multi-occupant travel and mixed-use scenarios, making it an efficient solution for the new energy commercial vehicle market.
