DongFeng DFAC EM30 2018 is a pure electric light commercial vehicle designed by Xi'an New Youth Automobile for urban logistics scenarios. It adopts a closed truck structure design. The model is equipped with a 100kW permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum torque of 600N·m, matched with a single-speed gearbox, and a maximum speed of 100km/h. It is equipped with a 65.5kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, which has better endurance under NEDC conditions and supports fast charging technology to meet high-frequency transportation needs.
The body size is 5400×1995×2360mm, the wheelbase is 3250mm, and the interior adopts a 4-door 3-seat layout. The cargo box space has been optimized, and the minimum ground clearance has been increased to 180mm, which is more passable when dealing with complex road conditions. The vehicle adopts a reinforced suspension system, with a curb weight of 2480kg, and its carrying capacity is more outstanding than that of models of the same level.
DongFeng DFAC EM30 2018 models only launch a single version of the "pure electric van transporter", with standard steel wheels, mechanical handbrake and other basic configurations. The drive system adopts a maintenance-free design and is equipped with a special gearbox for electric vehicles, which effectively reduces the subsequent maintenance costs. The battery pack enjoys a 3-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty policy, and the core three-electric system has been rigorously tested to verify its reliability. With its large space, high load capacity and stable endurance performance, this model has become a representative product in the new energy urban logistics vehicle market.
