The 2024 FORTHING S50EV is positioned as a compact pure electric sedan. It is produced by DongFeng and focuses on online car-hailing operations and family practical scenarios, continuing the brand's advantages in economy and reliability. The new car adopts a closed front face design, with split LED lights and through-type daytime running lights. The side of the body is enhanced by a three-dimensional waistline and a floating roof to enhance the sense of sportiness. The smoked through-type taillights and hidden exhaust layout at the rear enhance the overall recognition. The body size is 467517901550mm, with a wheelbase of 2700mm, taking into account both space practicality and urban commuting flexibility.
410km online version: developed for the online car-hailing market, with imitation leather seats, 10.25-inch central control screen and basic intelligent network connection system as standard, CLTC range of 410 kilometers, support 0.5-hour fast charging, equipped with 110kW front motor, peak torque of 210N·m, adapted to high-frequency operation needs;
410km operation version: based on the online version, it strengthens the commercial attributes, adds fleet management module interface, driving behavior monitoring system and dual-zone voice control function, optimizes the low-temperature performance of the battery thermal management system, and ensures all-weather operation stability.
At the core technology level of the 2024 FORTHING S50EV, the car is equipped with an IP67-level protection battery pack, equipped with an efficient energy recovery system and intelligent temperature control technology, and supports V2L external discharge function. The chassis adopts a combination of front McPherson independent suspension and rear multi-link non-independent suspension to balance handling and load capacity. The cockpit is equipped with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel and a layered center console.
