Wuling EV80 2022 is a pure electric closed van produced by Shanghai General Motors Wuling, focusing on urban logistics and efficient cargo transportation, with "large space, long endurance, and high carrying capacity" as its core advantages. The body adopts a square closed cargo compartment design, with a length, width and height of 5575×2098×2650mm (some versions have a length increased to 5745mm), a wheelbase that is not disclosed, and a cargo compartment volume of 12 cubic meters, which is suitable for standardized pallets and bulk cargo transportation needs.
Efficient power and endurance performance
Equipped with a rear-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 110kW (about 150 horsepower), matched with a 76.8kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, a CLTC operating range of 330 kilometers, and supports 2.5 hours of DC fast charging (30%-80% power) and standard slow charging mode, taking into account the efficiency of medium and short-distance intercity transportation.
Professional cargo compartment design
The closed compartment adopts a high-strength steel frame structure, the interior of the cargo compartment is flat and has no bulges, the floor is anti-slip and equipped with a double flat door + side sliding door combination to optimize loading and unloading efficiency. The maximum load mass is about 1.6 tons (full load mass 4495kg), which meets the needs of heavy-duty scenarios such as building materials and express delivery.
Strengthened chassis and safety configuration
The front suspension adopts a double wishbone independent suspension, and the rear suspension is a leaf spring non-independent structure, with 195/70R15 high-load-bearing tires. ABS+EBD, tire pressure monitoring and electronic hydraulic power steering system are standard, focusing on strengthening the handling stability under heavy-duty conditions.
Basic practical functions
The cockpit layout is simple, equipped with a mechanical instrument panel, manual air conditioning and USB charging port, and supports electric window adjustment. Lighting and fixed anchor points are reserved in the cargo compartment to facilitate night operations and cargo fixation.
