BYD Seal 2025 model introduction

The BYD Seal 2025 is available in both pure electric (EV) and plug-in hybrid (DM-i) versions, based on the BYD e platform 3.0 Evo technology, and positioned as a mid-sized sedan, covering urban commuting and long-distance travel scenarios. Pure electric version (EV)

1. Pure electric version (EV) core highlights

Design: Body dimensions of 4800×1875×1460mm, wheelbase of 2920mm, oceanic aesthetic design language, equipped with C-shape shuttle headlights, hidden LIDAR (optional), and the new “Sky Purple/Misty Gray” paint.

Power: Single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive are available, and the four-wheel drive version accelerates to zero 100 in 3.8 seconds, with a top speed of 240km/h. It is equipped with an 800V high-voltage platform and supports intelligent fast charging technology (30%-80% of the capacity in 20 minutes).

Cockpit: Equipped with 12.8-inch rotating pad, HUD, one-piece sports seats and Satin Coral Orange interior color scheme, panoramic sunroof with sunshade, and Danner audio to enhance audio and video experience. 2.

2. Plug-in Version (DM-i) Core Highlights

Technology: Equipped with the fifth-generation DM-i hybrid system, the engine has a thermal efficiency of 46.06%, NEDC fuel consumption of 2.93L/100km, and a combined range of more than 2,000km on a full tank of fuel and full charge.

Configuration: All models come standard with 6 airbags, DiPilot 100 (including L2 assisted driving and high-speed NOA navigation), front MacPherson+rear five-link independent suspension, and the higher models are equipped with heated/ventilated seats and a power tailgate.

Design: Continuing the marine aesthetic style, the body lines are rounded and smooth, and the tail lights reinforce the sense of technology.

3. All common technologies

Intelligent Driving: supports full-scene parking, AEB automatic emergency braking, and some models are equipped with God's Eye C-High-order Intelligent Driving System (including 5 millimeter-wave radars + 12 cameras).

Safety and energy supplement: CTB battery body integration technology is standard, which improves body rigidity; EV version supports V2L external discharge function, which is suitable for outdoor electricity demand.

Handling Performance: Rear-wheel drive/four-wheel drive layout with low center of gravity design, minimum turning radius of 4.65 meters, balancing flexibility and stability.
