The BYD SEALION 05 DM-i 2026 model continues BYD's "Ocean Aesthetics" design philosophy, featuring a closed front fascia and flat headlights for a stylish and dynamic look. The interior boasts a wraparound cockpit, equipped with a 10.1-inch floating pad and an 8.8-inch floating instrument cluster, creating a high-tech feel. The most notable change is the introduction of an electronic hand-shift shifter, which simplifies the center console. Powered by a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine and a 120kW electric motor, it is equipped with a 15.87kWh Blade Battery. The battery offers a CLTC pure electric range of 128km, fuel consumption of just 3.08L/100km when the battery is low, and a combined range of over 2000km. The new car supports 17kW DC fast charging and 3.3kW external discharge, meeting diverse driving needs. In terms of safety features, the vehicle is equipped with six airbags, and the body is constructed of 61.2% galvanized steel for enhanced rust resistance.
