The BYD SEALION 06 DM-i 2026 continues the ocean aesthetic design philosophy, with smooth body lines resembling ocean waves and a drag coefficient as low as 0.22Cd, showcasing highly efficient aerodynamic performance. A closed front grille is paired with shuttle-style LED headlights, and the sloping roofline seamlessly connects to the hidden door handles. The rear features a continuous taillight design that mimics the spreading ripples of water droplets, exuding a sporty feel. A new exclusive blue light badge for the Smart Driving version enhances its technological recognizability. The interior adopts a wraparound layout, with a large area covered in renewable suede for a delicate touch. The piano black panels have been replaced with waterproof imitation fiber leather, improving durability.
A 10.25-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 15.6-inch adaptive rotating central control screen form the visual core, equipped with the DiLink intelligent cockpit, supporting 5G connectivity and advanced voice interaction. The crystal-textured electronic gear selector has been replaced with a column shifter, freeing up central control space and making operation more convenient. The powertrain offers both pure electric and plug-in hybrid versions. The pure electric CLTC version boasts a range of 470km to 545km, while the plug-in hybrid version utilizes fifth-generation DM technology, achieving a pure electric range of 128km, balancing performance and energy efficiency. The chassis features a front MacPherson strut and rear four-link independent suspension, tuned to balance comfort and handling.
