VW Magotan GTE Plug-in Hybrid 2022 is a mid-sized plug-in hybrid sedan built on the MQB platform by Shanghai VW Automotive, with “German Intelligent Driving” as its core positioning, and is available in two models: Luxury and Premium. Adopting the horizontal chrome-plated center mesh design, embedded with the exclusive GTE logo and hidden charging port in the front face, paired with matrix LED headlamps and C-shaped daytime running lights, the overall shape is calm and atmospheric. The body dimensions are 4865mm x 1832mm x 1469mm, with a wheelbase of 2871mm, rear legroom of two fists and three fingers, and support for the proportional release of the seats to expand the loading space.
Efficient plug-in hybrid power
Equipped with a 1.4T engine + electric motor combination, the system has a combined power of 155kW, matched with a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission, a pure electric range of 63km (NEDC standard), support for pure electric commuting and hybrid long-distance range modes, and a combined fuel consumption as low as 1.4L/100km.
Technological Cockpit Design
Equipped with a 9.2-inch center control screen and 10.3-inch full LCD instrumentation, built-in intelligent voice control system, supporting Apple CarPlay/Baidu CarLife cell phone interconnection. The center console is decorated with penetrating air vents and quartz clocks, with 30-color ambient lighting to enhance the quality of the business cabin.
