Hongqi is a high-end independent brand under FAW Group. It will fully enter the "Electricization 2.0" era in 2026, using the "Qizhi" super architecture as its technological foundation to build a dual-core drive system consisting of the "Hongqi·Tiangong" pure electric platform and the "Hongqi·Honghu" hybrid platform. All models come standard with HarmonyOS cockpit, Sinan assisted driving system, intelligent air suspension, and steer-by-wire technology. It integrates Chinese aesthetic design language with a high-end intelligent experience, creating a new paradigm of "national car high-end" electric mobility, achieving a deep unity of luxury, safety, quietness, and technology.
Currently available electric and plug-in hybrid models include:
Hongqi E-QM5: A mid-size pure electric sedan built on the "Qiyi" pure electric platform. It boasts a CLTC pure electric range of 610km, a 10.1-inch floating central control screen, and the Hongqi Intelligent Connectivity 3.0 system. Featuring a fastback design and a 2990mm ultra-long wheelbase, it achieves a perfect balance between D-segment space and zero-anxiety urban commuting.
Hongqi HS6 PHEV: A mid-to-large-sized plug-in hybrid SUV built on the "Honghu" hybrid platform. It boasts a maximum pure electric range of 248km and a combined range exceeding 1650km. Equipped with a 15.6-inch dual-screen infotainment system and all-scenario navigation assistance, it supports 4C super-fast charging and intelligent switching between four energy modes, redefining the efficiency and ease of family travel.
Hongqi H5 PHEV: A mid-size plug-in hybrid sedan based on the "Honghu" platform. Powered by a 1.5T hybrid-specific engine and a high-efficiency electric drive system, it offers a pure electric range of 170km. Featuring a 12.6-inch central control screen and Dynaudio sound system, its wraparound cockpit blends Chinese symmetrical aesthetics, balancing business tranquility with driving passion.
Hongqi HS9 PHEV: A flagship plug-in hybrid large SUV, equipped with a 2.0T hybrid system and fully active suspension. It features lidar and Huawei Qiankun ADS 4.0 intelligent driving system, a closed front fascia integrating a waterfall grille and a red emblem, zero-gravity rebound seats, and a dual panoramic sunroof design, defining a new benchmark for Chinese luxury electric SUVs.
Hongqi H9 PHEV: An executive-class plug-in hybrid sedan, continuing the "High Mountain Flowing Water" family design language. It features a 2.0T plug-in hybrid system and steer-by-wire technology, standard triple-screen HarmonyOS cockpit, rear zero-gravity seats, and a constant-temperature oxygen bar system. Roof-mounted lidar and hidden door handles highlight its dual identity of technology and prestige.
