On August 7, 2025, the FAW-Audi Q6L e-tron family was launched at the Hangzhou Science and Technology Week event. The family includes the Q6L e-tron and Q6L Sportback e-tron models, with a limited-time exclusive price range of RMB 348,800 to RMB 398,800. As Audi's first domestically produced model based on the PPE luxury pure electric platform, the new car combines German refinement with localized Chinese expertise, achieving breakthroughs in three core areas: range, intelligence, and fuel efficiency.
Model Configurations: The series features four models, including the Q6L e-tron Long Range Edition (RMB 348,800), the Premier Pilot Edition (RMB 378,800), and the corresponding configurations for the Q6L Sportback e-tron coupe (RMB 368,800 to RMB 398,800).

The new car is equipped with a CATL 107kWh 800V ternary lithium battery pack, boasting a maximum CLTC range of 765km. Its full 800V high-voltage architecture supports 270kW Supercharging, delivering 294km of range in 10 minutes and a SOC of 10% to 80% in just 20 minutes. Its innovative Bank Charging technology is compatible with 400V charging stations, achieving a peak power of 135kW by connecting batteries in parallel.
Equipped with dual 192-line LiDARs (with automatic cleaning and heating), 12 cameras, and 24 radars, it enables Level 2 full-scenario assisted driving, including map-free city No-Accident (NOA) and complex parking. Powered by Huawei technology, the system supports advanced features such as automatic following in congested roads and unprotected left turns.
Space Optimization: The wheelbase has been extended by 105mm to 2995mm, and the rear seat cushions have been lengthened by 16mm and the backrest angle has been increased by 2°.
Digital Interaction: Five screens are linked (11.9-inch instrument cluster + 14.5-inch central control screen + 10.9-inch anti-peep passenger screen + 88-inch AR-HUD + mobile phone projection), supporting multi-modal voice control.
Lighting Technology: Second-generation digital OLED taillights feature 360 light-emitting units, and the daytime running lights offer eight dynamic signature patterns.
Body Structure: A steel-aluminum hybrid body (83% high-strength materials), with a torsional rigidity of 46,150 N·m/deg, and has passed the China-Europe dual five-star crash certification.
Battery Protection: Nine-layer fiberglass armor plate + 100% ultra-high-strength steel floorpan, withstanding iron ball impact, 1-meter deep water immersion, and 1200°C fire tests.
Driving Experience: Built on the same PPE platform as the Porsche Macan EV, with standard FSD variable damping, the rear-wheel drive single-motor version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds.
The Audi Q6L e-tron family is the first mass-produced model to be the result of a deep collaboration between a luxury brand and Huawei Intelligent Driving. Its "Hybrid and Electric" strategy (the A5L gasoline version, launched simultaneously, also features Huawei's system) demonstrates the radical transformation of traditional automakers. With the introduction of more models based on the PPE platform, Audi may reshape the competitive landscape in the high-end electric vehicle market.
