On August 7, 2025, the FAW-Audi Q6L e-tron family was launched at the Hangzhou Science and Technology Week event. The family includes the Q6L e-tron and Q6L Sportback e-tron models, with a limited-time exclusive price range of RMB 348,800 to RMB 398,800. August 6, 2025 – SAIC Motor Corporation Limited (SAIC) and AUDI today announced that pre-orders for the E5 Sportback, the brand's first strategic model, will officially begin on August 18. Built on the Sino-German Intelligent Digital Platform (ADP), this mid-size pure electric coupe challenges competitors like the Tesla Model 3 and NIO ET5T with its 800V high-voltage architecture, 0-60 km/h acceleration in 3.4 seconds, and a range exceeding 700km.
