On May 27, 2026, the all-new 2026 AITO M9 officially launched, offering two powertrain options: Extended-Range Electric (EREV) and Pure Electric. The vehicle is available in three primary trim levels—Max+, Ultra, and Ultimate (Flagship Long-Wheelbase Edition)—with each version offering a choice between five-seat and six-seat interior configurations. Built upon Huawei's Intelligent Powertrain 800V high-voltage dual-silicon carbide platform, the new vehicle comes standard across the entire lineup with six LiDAR sensors and the Huawei Qiankun ADS 5.0 intelligent driving system, delivering a comprehensively advanced intelligent mobility experience.

1. Extended-Range Electric (EREV) Models

The Extended-Range version features a powertrain combination consisting of a 1.5T range extender paired with dual electric motors. The engine generates a maximum power output of 118 kW, while the front and rear electric motors deliver maximum outputs of 220 kW and 277 kW, respectively; the electric drive system boasts an efficiency rating of 93.5%.

1.1 Max+ Version

Equipped with a 60kWh battery pack, offering a CLTC all-electric range of 340 km and a comprehensive range of 1,345 km.

Available in two seating configurations: a spacious five-seater and a premium six-seater; the six-seater version comes standard with a massive 32-inch 4K in-car display for the rear passengers.

Comes standard with the "Panoramic Triple Screen" setup (12.3-inch LCD instrument cluster + 15.6-inch 2.5K central control screen + 10.25-inch passenger-side screen).

Features "Hysoft" ultra-soft seating, including three "Zero-Gravity" seats that support multi-directional adjustment as well as heating, ventilation, and massage functions.

Pre-equipped with all the necessary hardware prerequisites for Level 3 (L3) intelligent driving capabilities; supports 800V ultra-fast charging (adding 300 km of range in just 10 minutes).

2. Pure Electric Models

The Pure Electric version is built upon an 800V high-voltage pure electric platform. It is equipped with the 120kWh "Huawei Whale" battery—a ternary lithium-ion unit—and features an industry-first liquid-cooling system for uniform battery temperature, housed within a five-layer ultra-safe structural design.

2.1 Max+ Version

Dual-motor all-wheel-drive layout; 0–100 km/h acceleration in 4.5 seconds; maximum CLTC pure-electric range of up to 750 km (with 21-inch wheels).

Fastest charging time from 30% to 80% takes just 15 minutes, representing a significant improvement in energy replenishment efficiency.

Features the same seating configuration and intelligent interaction system as the Max+ Extended-Range version, offering both 5-seat and 6-seat options.

The entire lineup comes standard with the Huawei "Yuezhang" Extraordinary Series audio system; combined with a comprehensive "Healthy Cabin" suite, it delivers exceptional interior quietness.

2.2 Ultra Version

Retains the dual-motor all-wheel-drive layout, offering identical power performance to the Max+ Pure-Electric version.

Enhances the second-row passenger experience with upgraded seat functionality and comfort features.

The intelligent driving system remains consistent with the Max+ version, with both models equipped with Huawei Qiankun ADS 5.0 intelligent driving and CAS 5.0 omnidirectional anti-collision systems.
