The new model adopts the same "Kunpeng" design language as the AITO M8/M9, featuring a closed front grille and a wraparound LED light bar. The darkened headlight clusters enhance the futuristic look. Semi-hidden door handles reduce drag, and new "Ocean Blue" and "Meadow Green" color options, along with an optional Obsidian package, cater to individual preferences. The rear features a wraparound taillight and a recessed license plate frame for a distinctive look.
The dimensions have been fully upgraded: 5080×1999×1780 mm (L×W×H), with a wheelbase of 3030 mm, 210 mm longer than the previous model. It offers flexible seating configurations of 5 or 6 seats. The 5-seater version has a trunk capacity expandable to 850L, while the 6-seater version features fully flat-folding rear seats, catering to both family and business needs.
The interior features a symmetrical layout with a three-spoke steering wheel, a full-LCD instrument cluster, a floating central touchscreen, and a passenger-side entertainment screen. It runs on HarmonyOS 4, supporting multi-screen interaction and continuous voice control.
Key features include:
Driver's Zero-Gravity Seat: 16-way power adjustment + 4-way leg support, with one-touch recline function;
Enhanced Comfort: Rear-seat entertainment screen, in-car refrigerator/heater, and HUAWEI SOUND system;
Intelligent Interaction: AR-HUD head-up display and streaming rearview mirror.
EREV version: 1.5T engine + dual-motor all-wheel drive, with a combined power output of 392kW. The Pro+ version has a pure electric range of 208km (37kWh lithium iron phosphate battery), while the Max/Ultra versions offer a range of 315km (53.4kWh ternary lithium battery), with a combined range of up to 1600km.
Pure electric version: Available with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, a maximum power output of 387kW, and a standard 100kWh ternary lithium battery. CLTC range is 710km (rear-wheel drive) / 660km (all-wheel drive), supporting 800V fast charging (30%-80% in just 28 minutes).
The chassis features a double wishbone front suspension and multilink rear suspension, with some versions equipped with air springs for a balance of handling and off-road capability.
The new vehicle is equipped with Huawei's latest ADS 4.0 advanced driver assistance system. Hardware includes:
3 distributed 4D millimeter-wave radars + 192-line roof-mounted LiDAR;
12 ultrasonic radars + 11 cameras, enabling intelligent driving in all scenarios, including highways and urban roads.
Features include automatic parking and lane-keeping assist, offering safety and user experience comparable to the AITO M8.
The new 2026 AITO M7 starts at 279,800 RMB, directly competing with models like the Li Xiang L7/L8. Its 3030mm wheelbase surpasses the Li Xiang L7 (3005mm), and it also boasts advantages in pure electric range and intelligent driving capabilities. Over 100,000 pre-orders in the first hour demonstrate strong market demand.
With Huawei's technology and comprehensive product capabilities, the 2026 AITO M7 is poised to reshape the mid-to-large-size new energy SUV market, offering consumers a superior solution combining space, intelligence, and range.
